Snowfall Brewing

Falling Clouds are rolling through the Hudson Valley and into NYC. A natural Helles lager. Cold-fermented and patiently lagered, left unfiltered for a fuller body. All New York grown ingredients. Pilsner malt warmed by a touch of Mt. Marcy Munich, soft Seneca wheat rounding it out. Excelsior hops bring bright floral notes and a hint of citrus to a crisp, clean finish. 5.0% ABV.

Had a great time pouring samples at Stew Leonard's yesterday. We loved meeting everyone and seeing the full spectrum of reactions from beer drinkers coming through. Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a taste.

Running Trees Hazy IPA
Soft and aromatic, showing white grape, ripe peach, melon, and citrus, with a rounded, pillowy body and restrained bitterness that keeps the finish smooth and bright.
6.8% ABV
