Rachel began her journey as a healer at 17 years old. Through the practices of meditation, yoga, and tai-chi, she was able to ground her natural heightened sensitivity, self-heal server anxiety and find a life purpose in sharing the powerful benefits of those practices with others. At the EarthMind Wellness Center she shares her passion through teaching classes, and workshops both on and offline, coordinating retreats, and mentoring individuals 1-1 towards actualizing their inner greatness.
