It’s almost here! Join us Sunday, March 1st, for NJIT Minicon 2026! With over 50 artists, over 20 panels, cosplay contests, video game tournaments, manga library and more there is something for everyone to enjoy! Let us know what your looking forward to the most and tag your friends who should join!

Ari ( )is a multi award winning cosplayer based in New Jersey. She started cosplaying in 2013 with her college cosplay club and has since competed in many competitions, including the US international qualifiers at WCC. Ari specializes in making fluffy dresses and stage costumes that can be comfortably worn for hours. You can usually find her performing alongside her friends in Remnant Alley. Together, they run the Colossalcon East Idol Fest and strive to help their passionate community grow. This will be Ari’s first time at NJIT Minicon and she’s so excited to join in on the fun!

Caitlyn ( ) is a New Jersey native and NJIT alumni with over 10 years of cosplay experience. She has competed and placed in many masquerades over the years, honing her skills in both craftsmanship and performance. Caitlyn has made lifelong friendships from the cosplay community, including the fellow members of Remnant Alley. As a group, they have been awarded multiple Best in Show honors and became showrunners for Colossalcon East’s Idol Fest this past year. Caitlyn is so excited to return to NJIT Minicon and hopes to spread the joy of community and cosplay with everyone.

.cos is an award-winning and published cosplayer who has been cosplaying since 2018, and competing in craftsmanship since 2023. Her craftsmanship builds focus on sewing, sustainability, affordability, and experimentation! Skills that she enjoys using in her cosplays include beadwork, painting, and mixing fabric textures. Outside of craftsmanship, LobeliaCos also took part in the RIT Cosplay Chess shows as both a stage ninja and Sir Fitzroy Maplecourt (TAZ Graduation). LobeliaCos is so excited to return to NJIT MiniCon to judge the craftsmanship competition and masquerade!
