CBS is looking for a Multi trade home remodeler to join our team. This position will be Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 4 PM at 32 hours a week. Off every Friday Saturday Sunday pay will be $40 an hour depending on experience. Must have reliable transportation to get to jobs in the Tri-City Bay Area, own hand tools a plus.

California Building Solutions is conducting a search for a Painter to join our team! The painter will perform the usual and customary skills of the painter's trade. Preparing surfaces and applying paint, with a brush, roller, or spray gun on either interior or exterior surfaces. Inspect and repair wall coverings and wallpaper. Are you able to take direction, maintain a positive attitude, and work hard? This position will start by working 8 hour shifts, 5 days per a week with an opportunity to advance into a position working 10 hour shifts, 4 days per a week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Has at least 3 years of overall painting experience.
Is trained in all phases of painting
Is well experienced in filling, sanding, and caulking.
Is capable of proper selection and application of wood primers, pretreatments, masonry & wall primers
Is experienced in the application of alkyd and acrylic coatings.
Knows how to strains, box, and mix paint.
Knows how to tape and texture small areas (less than 200 sq ft).
Does quality painting with no roller lap marks, work free of runs, sags, and holidays.
Knows how to clean up well after the job is completed.
Returns all equipment in a clean and operational condition and reports any problems in a timely manner.
Follows company procedures.
Knows how to safely drive vehicles.
Preferred but not required:
Knows how to use sprayers.
Has experience working on projects with boom or scissors lifts and scaffolding.
