This spring, The Pride Network will select 12 emerging LGBTQ+ leaders, ages 20-30 for our Transformational Leadership Initiative (TLI)!

For leaders who want to contribute to transformational change in people, organizations, and communities, the TLI integrates ancient wisdom with modern science to deliver a high-impact leadership training and self-discovery experience for emerging leaders across the country.

You'll learn practical tools and techniques for improving your leadership, and deepen your appreciation for Heart-Centered Leadership. You’ll become part of a growing community of like-hearted leaders working to transform themselves and society, all while discovering your own unique gifts and strengths.

The holiday season can often be hard for LGBTQ+ people who don’t feel safe or comfortable going being with family. However, it’s an important time for us to remember that we have other spaces we can go to to experience love, connection, and joy.
