of each month at the Church. The meetings are open and attendance is encouraged by all parents and other interested adults. Committee members are required to take and pass Youth Protection training every two years. The 2016 annual registration fee in Pack 4 is $45 for Scouts. The fee for the Scouts includes the National BSA membership, a Pack t-shirt, and a small amount for the Pack treasury to cover the cost of badges, awards, and other Pack expenses. A subscription to Boy Life Magazine is optional for an additional $12. Assistance is available to families to cover a portion of the fees. Fundraising will also be performed to assist families with scouting expenses and provide funds to the pack for activities.
