🇺🇸 “We will never forget.”

Today, we honor all the lives lost on September 11th, 2001, and the many first responders, families, and communities who continue to carry the weight of that day.

For me, this remembrance is deeply personal. My father-in-law was a responding officer on 9/11, and though his official End of Watch came on December 19, 2019, it was ultimately due to complications and illness connected to his service that day. His story is one of many — reminders that the sacrifices of 9/11 did not end in 2001, but have continued in the years since.

May we remember with gratitude, honor their courage, and remain steadfast in our commitment to resilience and unity. 🕯️
