First State Floats

There was a moment…. before the doors opened, before the lights were dimmed, before a single guest was welcomed in.

This is what it looked like back in April 2018, blueprints spread out, ladders leaning against unfinished walls, thousands of pounds of Epson salt stacked up, and a whole lot of smiles.

It was that space where passion met purpose, carried forward by a shared belief in what this could become. Belief from the team who helped build it… and in the process, becoming something more, family.

The tanks were full, construction nearly complete, but in so many ways, the work was only just beginning.

I remember the moment we started, pulling the coverings off the windows, letting the light in for the first time… and realizing this was actually happening. Not just an idea anymore, not just a dream. Something real, something we built together.

Eight years later, that same vision is still here. It lives in every float, every moment, every breath our guest takes when they finally slow down and reconnect with themselves.

And we’re just getting started.
