Born out of the response and great need to Hurricane Sandy, North Newark Move is a group dedicated to responding to North Newark and surrounding area's populations in greatest need with innovation and enthusiasm.
Yesterday was awesome!! Organized and sorted North Newark Move's stockpile with RoseMarie Gasparinetti Piperato, Melinda Velez and a motivated crew of volunteers, I mean MOVERS items ready to deliver for victims of the Garside fire... Also delivered school supplies to a family, and a bunch more to our friends at Ironbound Community Center via Lisette Esteves Lagoa Plus, I got to meet the lady we hooked up with that fridge a few weeks ago. Best. Hug. Ever.
