🌈Tomorrow is Avianna’s 8th Birthday. I cannot believe it has been eight years. More on that tomorrow…

But for right now I want to concentrate on the nonprofit I am starting in her honor. Though it has taken me eight years to finally decide to do this thing- here I am….doing it.

As I research and gather all of the things to file for tax exempt status and make myself an actual official organization, I am asking for donations for seed money to get this rolling.

My goal is to have a kick ass retreat for bereaved mothers, and fathers- different themes throughout the year.

Please consider donating even a SINGLE dollar to the cause. If all my FB friends did, I’d have nearly $1000!

Alright all-

I am super stoked about this! I have created the fundraising page for the start-up costs for our non-profit!
The problem is...you cannot accept tax deductible donations without having a tax exempt status. However, in order to get that tax exempt status, you have a lot of expenses up front to file for the status. Call it a catch 22 if you will.
So I figured with all of my health care friends, and martial arts friends, we can hopefully raise some of this money together.
Even a few dollars a person would add up!!
If you are unable to donate, would you please be kind enough to share this- especially with those who may have experienced loss and might belong to additional organizations??
