We are successful because of our performance-based model, which ensures that payment to BMI is made only when participants obtain verifiable milestones i.e., 30, 60, 90, and 180 days retained employment. Throughout the years, BMI has consistently maintained a retention rate of at least 70 percent for total placement retained for 180 days. Our years of experience, working with various funding streams and meeting all compliance procedures, have maintained our organizational structure.
