We’re looking for a friendly and tech-savvy team member to assist customers and perform basic phone repairs. Responsibilities include diagnosing device issues, completing repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports), selling accessories, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
• Comfortable working with smartphones (iPhone & Android)
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn phone repair techniques
• Prior repair experience is a plus, but not required
