Getting ready for your appointment? A few small things can make a big difference in the experience (and in your photos!)

Here are our best tips before you come in:

💧Start increasing your water intake 2–3 days before your appointment.
Good hydration gives us a better window to see baby and often means clearer images. (No need to come with a full bladder!)

🍎Have a snack before you arrive.
A little something to eat can help wake baby up so we have a better chance of catching those stretches, yawns, and sweet little movements.

👕Wear something comfortable.
Two-piece outfits are your best friend! We'd recommend skipping rompers and dresses since we'll need easy access to your belly.

🧴Hold off on the belly lotion.
Moisturizer can sometimes interfere with the ultrasound gel and make your images less clear.

📝 And one last thing...
Don't forget to complete your registration form before your appointment so we can spend less time on paperwork and more time meeting your little one.
