Prosecutors filed charges against the man accused of killing Cashay Henderson.

Henderson was found shot to death in a burning building late last month. According to the autopsy report, Henderson had suffered two gunshot wounds.

Police said 33-year-old Cordell Howze, of Neenah, was arrested after a short chase in Menasha on Tuesday.

Howze is now charged with first-degree reckless homicide and possession of a firearm by a felon.
