Don’t miss us here at BlkBoxNwk in the Gant-Gilbert Arts Collective during Newark Arts Festival week.
Our event producers and curators have been putting in amazing effort and sacrifice to help establish a highly energized artist led movement in Newark’s South Ward that is inspired from the living spirits of Jerry Gant and Rodney Gilbert. Our common goal is to create a collaborative, dynamic and organic art centric movement that promotes positive outcomes in our underlying community by allowing artists to incubate, showcase and explore avenues to prosperity in the arts among other positive factors that lead to community enrichment.
