PROJECTS UNDER DEVELOPMENT: Center Square (124 East Main Street)
A new chapter begins for Center Square, as construction is underway at 124 East Main Street: a project designed to honor the character of Main Street while meeting the city’s growing needs.
Plans include a refreshed façade, renovated first-floor retail, upgraded residential units, and a two-story addition that expands the building from 14 to 37 apartments. Construction will begin soon to ensure occupancy by September 2026.
