Are you experiencing Zoom fatigue?

Your eyes might get tired easily if you stare at a computer, smartphone, or any screen for long periods of time. The optometrist may call this computer vision syndrome or digital eye strain.

Some ways to combat this problem would be to:
1. Use artificial tears when your eyes feel tired
2. Use the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
