This program provides financial relief for Newark residents unable to pay rent because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

LANDLORD PRE-REGISTRATIONS are available now at https://newarkcovid19.com/programs/emergency-rent-grants

Program funds will allow eligible applicants to receive up to 12 months of assistance for unpaid back rent dating back to March 13, 2020.
