Longevity. Recipes of folk medicine

Finnish doctors have developed seven rules, compliance with which, as they claim, allows you to extend your life by at least 10 years:

do not smoke (giving up to***co reduces by 1/3 the risk of malignant tumors and by 1/4 the death rate from heart attack);
to abandon the use of alcohol or to consume it in moderation;
maintain normal body weight (the death rate among obese people is one and a half times higher than among people with normal weight);
keep physically active;
always have Breakfast;
do not eat in between meals;
sleep at least 7 hours a day.
Many people know the works of gerontologist Justine Glass, thanks to the fascinating book "Live 180". She refers to numerous examples of longevity found in Nature.
