When we are under attack from outside forces, this can sometimes manifest in internal divisions within and across movement ecosystems. What can conflict teach us about building deeper solidarity? What wisdom have our movements gained about moving through conflict together? How do we build organizations strong enough to hold connection and disagreement? In this critical conversation, we’ll explore the challenging terrain of movement conflict - from strategic disagreements to interpersonal conflicts, from political differences to generational divides.
Through real examples, practical tools, and lived experiences, this State of Solidarity panel discussion will examine how movements have transformed moments of conflict into foundations for deeper trust, sharper analysis, and transformative solidarity. Register at the link in our bio.

Building Movement Project stands in solidarity with communities commemorating 20 years since Hurricane Katrina. Check out the week of action events to reflect, honor and build. Each day of the Katrina 20 Week of Action carries a theme grounded in memory, moves us toward justice, and prepares us for the future.
From Honoring to Healing, from Preparation to Release, these days remind us that recovery is not a moment—it’s a movement. Visit https://bit.ly/4mZ4Qve for more information.
