The FDA has approved an expanded indication for HYMPAVZI® (marstacimab-hncq) for routine prophylaxis in additional populations with hemophilia A and B.

The approval now includes:
🩸 People ages 12 and older with inhibitors
🩸 Children ages 6–11 with hemophilia A or B, with or without inhibitors
HYMPAVZI is a once-weekly treatment designed to help prevent or reduce bleeding episodes by targeting tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), a naturally occurring anticoagulant protein.
