Martial arts today, dominated by the mixed martial arts scene (e.g. UFC), has made itself too intimidating to the average person. The idea of someone getting into the arts for fitness and self defense is quickly pushed aside by the big, bad pro fighter that will hit you for looking at him wrong. This created two extremes which are both useless for everyday people: fake martial arts "inspired" card

2. Respect to dads too. They're just as amazing as moms except their t**s don't work.

Been a while y'all. Hope everyone's staying safe and healthy. I can't wait to train with everyone again but am staying busy teaching via in the meantime.
