COOKIE DOUGH BARK 🍪✨

YOU NEED
(use organic ingredients when possible)
* 1 1/2 c almond flour
* 1/4 c maple syrup
* splash of vanilla
* 1/8 tsp sea salt
* 1 1/4 c chocolate chips, divided
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
* optional: extra sea salt, for sprinkling
TO DO
- mix almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla + sea salt
- fold in 1/2 c chocolate chips
- line baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the dough onto the sheet + press til firm to make the bark
- melt 3/4 c chocolate chips + coconut oil, pour over the bark + spread til even
- sprinkle with a little extra sea salt if desired
- throw in the freezer until set, about 1-2 hours
- remove, break into pieces + enjoy
store in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer

SUN CHARGED WATER ☀️💦✨
the idea comes from ayurveda and once charged by the sun, the water is believed to have antiviral, anti fungal + antibacterial properties
it’s also supposed to improve digestion and boost your energy
WHAT TO DO
- fill a clean glass container with filtered water
- cover + place in the sun for 8 hours
- bring inside and leave unrefrigerated
- enjoy a glass a day
