but you’ve got a weapon against perfection.

perfection holds us back from consistency.

when we set high bars for performance,

every attempt must be *perfect*
every effort must be *the best*

and when that bar remains high, it’s so hard to be present.

it makes showing up almost impossible.

when it’s impossible, you skip.

there are other things that look better.

you lose the momentum and joy and fun.

and when you stop showing up, the progress stops.

I know because I’ve been there.

when it’s hard to show up,
when it’s not the most fun
and it’s so easy to drop this to do something much more easy.

I know because I help my clients
be consistent.
find the joy.

know that showing up is followed by growth.

because consistency is your secret weapon.
