Developing Faces was founded in 2014 by Dr. Robert Morin and co-founder Sue Kim. Dr. Robert Morin is a highly trained board certified plastic surgeon based in New York City. After donating his time to other missions, he decided to start his own charity in order to improve the quality of care that was given on the missions that he went on.
