I'm Manek Mathur, your go-to Real Estate Broker from Mumbai, India, now navigating the hustle of New York City. At 17, I left for Hartford, CT to pursue dreams at Trinity College. Those dreams led to four consecutive national squash championships, shaping who I am on and off the court. From there, I stormed through the SDA Pro Doubles Tour, reigning as World #1 for six remarkable years. But in 202

The best deals I’ve ever closed have one thing in common, none of them came from pushing.

People can feel it the second you start steering them somewhere they don’t want to go. And once that shifts, the whole dynamic changes.

Every major subway line nearby (N/Q/R/W, 4/5/6, F/M, E)

A subtle but meaningful step forward for co-op buyers, the Cooperative Application Timeline Law takes effect July 28, 2026

It introduces clearer timelines around how board applications are handled, something that hasn’t always been consistent
