OG Arch and Curl Floor Unit! This is how it all began. If you couldn't kneel, go in 4th, Swin on stomach or do advanced things you were an outcast! The System and Machines were created to help very advanced Yogis and Dancers achieve very serious changes. This is now the most Advanced level.
Thankfully Juliu realized after 3 bankrupt Studios that he had to make things more attainable for everyone. Hence the Pulley Tower was created.
I have seen this System go through so many changes, many good, many bad and so many losing sight of what Gyrotonic is all about. Bottomline, it is (and always has been) a Movement System to create more fluidity, strength, flexibilty, awareness and functionality for all.
