For Jean, this is more than an accolade; it is a deepening of a lifelong commitment. The Haitian Centers Council has been championing empowerment, advocacy, and health education since 1982. Their mission of uplift and advocacy for the Haitian community resonates deeply with the values Jean has championed throughout his entire career.
