Comprehensive Youth Development

Congratulations to the June 2026 graduates of our three partner schools, Manhattan Comprehensive Night and Day High School, City-As-School, and High School for Health Professions and Human Services! In ceremonies around the city, students received their diplomas and will soon move on to college, training programs, and employment. We are so proud of all your hard work and look forward to seeing all that you will achieve! A special thank you to former Borough President Ruth Messinger, who spoke at Manhattan Comprehensive's graduation and might have been referring to all of our graduates in praising the hard work of the class of '26: "You have all climbed your own mountain."

Bee-rilliant!🐝🎉Last week, students from all of CYD's partner schools competed in a Student Spelling Competition at
Goldman Sachs headquarters.

Thank you to Board Member Ramey Watkins and NextGen Leader Isha Singh for hosting! And a big congrats to our final 3 spellers, who will take the stage at CYD's 8th Annual Spelling Bee on June 2nd.🗣️🎤
