From chemical engineer to entrepreneurship mentor – Noy Novik’s pivot to teaching changed everything for his students at ORT Arad in Israel. This year, he guided three student groups through building Vibly, an emotional support app for teenagers, reaching the NFTE national finals for the second consecutive year.
