FACT: Human services workers make 71% of what government employees make for the same work.  
 
Tomorrow, Urban Pathways staff members will join the collective power of the human services sector for a Campaign advocacy day hosted by at the New York State Capitol. 
 
Here's what we’re fighting for: 
✅ An 8.5% COLA for human services workers 
✅ A human services wage board 
✅ for the human services workers who strengthen our communities!

Each year, Urban Pathways takes stock of where we’ve been — and where we still need to go. As we prepare to release our 2022 Annual Report, take a look at what we can accomplish when we come together as a community in the fight against homelessness.
