🔥 Keeping New York Buildings Warm and Efficient This Winter 🔥

Dualcore Construction Management recently completed a boiler room upgrade at 129 2nd Avenue, in collaboration with our trade partners PH Works and United Chimney Corp.

The new Supreme D3-60-5 boiler now services three buildings with over 60 apartments, and the system successfully passed DOB inspection this week — right on time for heating season.

The project included new AO Smith hot water storage tanks, a Lochinvar water heater for summer hot water service, and a stainless steel chimney liner system installed by United Chimney Corp. We also improved the boiler room with new concrete pads, epoxy flooring, fresh paint, and upgraded lighting.

A big thank you to PH Works, United Chimney Corp, and our Construction Superintendent Aaron Moran for coordinating the work and delivering a clean, efficient result — great job all around.
