Local 78 showing strength on a major DASNY project at Manhattan Psychiatric Center!
Beam Enterprise is currently performing asbestos abatement on a 14-story building, powered by 28 proud Local 78 members doing it safely and the right way.
Shoutout to Superintendent Marco Acevedo and Shop Steward Jessica Salgado for strong leadership and protecting our members.
With about six months of work still ahead, this project highlights Local 78’s expertise in hazardous remediation—proving the value of union labor every day! 💪 Local 78 keeps moving forward!

Local 78 will be celebrating our Christmas Union meeting with our members on December 5, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM at Terrace on the Park, 52-11 111th Street, Flushing, NY 11368.
