Something dark just joined the lineup 🍻
Bold, smooth, and exactly what you want in your glass.
employed this blending method throughout their stout lineup this past year. As a result this blend has pieces of all the stouts they released in 2025 in it! It is composed of a small portion of BBA, Wheat Stout, Streams, Moon Port, and Inky December 2025 and then was topped up with a particularly unctuous barrel of wheat stout that rested in a Willett Bourbon barrel for 35 months. 🔥🔥🔥
Badlands
“Midnight Solera”
An 11.9% Bourbon barrel aged stout inspired by the solera method. The solera method is a fractional blending system where the oldest liquid is drawn from the bottom of the vessel and the space is then filled by a younger batch, creating a “waterfall” of aging.
