So after a great first run, we’ll be making more hummus to be delivered in BK this Thursday. Option to add green tehini, spicy green schug, whole chickpeas, amazing Israeli olive oil, paprika, cumin, and even a soft boiled egg. Let us know how you like it!

On October 1, our pop up collaboration with HaSalon comes to an end. It has been an amazing year filled with new friends, creativity, music, and the best hummus in town! Please join us for some farewell cocktails throughout the month, and save the date for Alef’s grand finale on October 1! There will be live music and drink specials all night! Thank you for making this experience so special, we have loved being part of the Hell’s Kitchen community! We will continue to do catering and offsite events while we look for a more permanent home for Alef - stay tuned!

Coming soon! Alef will be hosting interactive cocktail and cooking classes every Wednesday evening! Tickets will be sold through Learn how to make delicious cocktails and Middle Eastern salatim (mezze) during this 2 hour class. Keep an eye out for tickets going on sale soon! And in the meantime, join us for drinks and live music this weekend! Friday night there will be a DJ + live percussion from 8:30-11:30pm. Saturday continue their residency, and this week special guest will be joining us for some BELLY DANCING 💃🏻 So many fun things to look forward to - see you at Alef!
