Responsibilities
Trancona Consutings entrepreneurial culture enables Analysts the opportunity to play a critical role in the ex*****on of our M&A transactions and in the overall success of the firm. Analysts have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
• Manage and mentor junior Analysts
• Prepare, analyze, and articulate historical and projected financial information
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions
• Prepare confidential information presentations, management presentations, and marketing pitches
• Perform valuation and financial analyses
• Assist in the marketing and ex*****on of existing engagements
• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of investment banking or transaction advisory services (QoE) experience with a proven ability to manage M&A transactions
• Advanced financial, valuation, and analytical skills coupled with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal / written communication and the ability to form effective working relationships
• Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner
• Strong work ethic and interest in healthcare services

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ADMINSTRATOR NEW YORK

Careagent’s client, a growing multifamily housing construction firm, is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join their team in New York City, NY. This role supports both project management and field operations, helping ensure large-scale residential builds stay on track and organized. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on detail, and wants to make a real impact behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do as the Construction Project Administrator:
• Prepare, issue, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders alongside the project team
• Track and distribute submittals and shop drawings, ensuring timely review and approval
• Support the Senior Project Manager with documentation, scheduling updates, and project status reports
• Help the Field Superintendent monitor labor, subcontractor manpower, daily reports, and material deliveries
• Maintain clear, well-organized project files and logs in accordance with company protocols
• Ensure administrative procedures, internal controls, and contract requirements are followed
• Coordinate documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Facilitate communication between field and office teams to support smooth ex*****on
• Attend project meetings, take and distribute minutes, and follow up on outstanding items
• Monitor subcontractor compliance on reporting, permits, insurance, and OSHA training
Must-Haves as the Construction Project Administrator:
• 3+ years of experience in construction administration or project support
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore or similar)
Nice-to-Haves as the Construction Project Administrator:
• Experience in multi-family residential or commercial construction
• Knowledge of subcontractor coordination and construction documentation workflows
• Understanding of OSHA compliance, permits, and site reporting requirements
