🍫🍊 CHOCOLATE ORANGE MOUSSE CAKE

Ingredients
For the Cake Base
🌾 180 g flour
🍫 35 g cocoa powder
🍬 150 g sugar
🧈 100 g melted butter
🥚 3 eggs
🥛 120 ml milk
🧁 2 tsp baking powder
🌼 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Orange Layer
🍊 300 ml orange juice
🍬 50 g sugar
🌾 30 g cornstarch
For the Chocolate Mousse
🍫 250 g dark chocolate
🥛 300 ml whipping cream
🌼 1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure
Bake the chocolate cake base at 175°C for 25–30 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.
Cook orange juice, sugar and cornstarch until thick.
Spread over the cake base and chill.
Melt chocolate and let cool slightly.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Fold chocolate into the whipped cream.
Spread the mousse over the orange layer.
Chill for at least 4 hours.
Dust with cocoa powder.
Slice and serve.

🍓🍋 STRAWBERRY LEMON CREAM CAKE

Ingredients
🌾 250 g flour
🍬 170 g sugar
🧈 140 g softened butter
🥚 4 eggs
🥛 120 ml milk
🍋 zest of 2 lemons
🍋 60 ml lemon juice
🧁 2 tsp baking powder
🌼 1 tsp vanilla extract
🧂 pinch of salt
For the Cream Layer
🥛 500 ml milk
🍬 80 g sugar
🌾 40 g cornstarch
🌼 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Layer
🍓 250 g strawberry pie filling
Procedure
Cook milk, sugar and cornstarch until thick.
Stir in vanilla and let cool completely.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Mix in milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold dry ingredients into the batter.
Spread half the batter into a greased baking pan.
Spread the cream layer evenly.
Spoon strawberry filling over the cream.
Cover with the remaining batter.
Bake at 175°C for 45–50 minutes.
Cool completely.
Slice and serve.

Ingredients
🌾 250 g flour
🍬 160 g brown sugar
🧈 120 g softened butter
🥚 3 eggs
🥛 120 ml milk
🥜 120 g peanut butter
🧁 2 tsp baking powder
🌼 1 tsp vanilla extract
🧂 pinch of salt
For the Fudge Layer
🍫 200 g chocolate spread
For the Chocolate Crumble
🌾 100 g flour
🍬 50 g brown sugar
🧈 60 g cold butter
🍫 40 g cocoa powder
Procedure
Cream butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Mix in milk and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold dry ingredients into the batter.
Spread batter into a greased square baking pan.
Spoon chocolate spread evenly over the batter.
Mix crumble ingredients until coarse crumbs form.
Sprinkle generously over the chocolate layer.
Bake at 175°C for 40–45 minutes.
Cool completely.
Slice and serve.
