Hot Dog Perfection @grayspapayanyc New York is a city that never stops changing and with the years with’ve seen different foods take their stake of fame in the echelon street eats. But the hotdog is sacred in NYC and you would find it very difficult to find a more iconic dog than the one served at Grays Papaya. Named after their famed papaya based drink, the joint has elements of both fun and joy reminiscent of the late founder, Nicholas Gray. Fortunately for us, he wasn’t the last Gray generation to helm the wheel and his grandson is even helping steer these dogs into the future. 10/18/2025
