Proof google is just taking over our phones. I deleted all data used and in minutes google was using.more data again; even when all automatic updates was turned off

Okay, can all you cell phone companies stop loading crap on the phones that we don't use, because we're not interested or we don't want to pay for it! My phone has 8 apps that I can't use without downloading other crap to use them, and I can't delete them. 3 apps that cost to use that I'm not interested in. Enough is enough! "[Cell Phone Companies] let's keep updating and upgrading our phones and services; but we have to cram useless crap in them! Who cares if customers don't use them, we're doing it anyway!" I'm getting ready to just find a new phone with a company that will just allow me what apps I want.........
And GOOGLE IS HACKING US ALL! EVERY GOOGLE APP IS CONSTANTLY UPDATING EVEN WHEN MY PHONE IS SET FOR NO AUTOMATIC UPDATES.........APPS ARE OVERRIDING PHONE SETTINGS TO CONSTANTLY UPDATE.......HOW IS THAT LEGAL OR RIGHT!
