Where oh where do I begin? A bittersweet ending to our 30 year journey with Elenis/Nikos Place . John and I made a very difficult decision to sell Niko’s Place . It was time. Johns health needs to come first. He’s exhausted and ready to have some beautiful family time and maybe even a vacation!! Gee what’s that?? Lol! We had our closing yesterday afternoon and handed over our Niko’s family to another owner, actually 2 owners. We wanted to thank wholeheartedly our customers who really weren’t customers, they were friends who ate at Niko’s. We will certainly miss talking with each and everyone of you... but I’m sure John and I will come in and actually be able to sit and have a drink and eat with many of you. We will miss our employees who were like family to us...you guys were awesome, yeah ok, some of you drove us crazy but in the end it was always good. Tears of joy as well as tears of sadness were shed last night. John will stay on for a couple weeks to help with the transition. We wish nothing but the best to the new owners, much success. ... Thank you thank you to everyone who has made Niko’s what it is today. We will miss our daily conversations with you all, the laughs , the joking around, the teasing. God bless you all!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We love you❤️
