Autumn Allergens are out!
Some Ways to keep your symptoms to a minimum
- Wash your hands and face when you come in from outside
it washes away the allergens before they get into your system
-Consider a nasal rinse/netty pot to help flush passageways
-Speak to your provider about any over-the-counter products for symptom relief as some may be contraindicated with your health conditions.

We would like to welcome our new Nurse Practitioner, Heather Keidel ARNP!

Nurse Practitioner Heather Keidel is originally from Michigan and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2012. "I always knew I wanted to go into nursing so I aligned my studies for the nursing program," she explained. Completed NP program through Indiana State University Online Program. She obtained her RN in 2009. She chooses nursing as a career path because she had a wonderful experience with her Labor and Delivery Nurse which drove her to develop herself among the Nursing career path. After being a labor and delivery nurse for 3 years, and another 3 years as an RN, she then transitioned to her Nurse Practitioner role. Outside of work, she has been thriving in her schooling to make the best of her time, she also enjoys light yard work. She has two beautiful children the ages of 21, and 14.
