Here is today's reminder to stay hydrated!

FSC just completed our annual hydration challenge and discovered how much staying hydrated sharpens focus, boosts energy, aids digestion, and even helps regulate body temperature. A little healthy competition encouraged us and kept us accountable for adding to our water intake throughout July. As a group, we took in 586 glasses of water and a whopping 4,688 oz during our Monday to Friday workdays!
