I recently recommended an app called forest to a client and had great feedback! In the app, you grow trees to help keep you productive and be less distracted from the various apps on your phone (also available for tablets and computers!). There is also a setting where your trees can wither and die if you are leaving the app to go on others. Try it for yourself!
