Everyone has a different body type, and I am so body positive but I know naturally for me (and medically most people) carrying extra weight in my mid section is not only an insecurity but simply a health risk. My natural body type has always been small waist, slim belly & curvy hips with a b***y. And honestly it took me a long time to be okay with it. I wanted to be skinny skinny and it’s just not natural for me. I am stacked.
Well then i became a mama many years ago, and a C-Section mom to boot which absolutely DESTROYED my core muscles. Though postpartum I have dropped and gained weight over the years I never could figure out this core thing. And I wanted to post this picture and let you know at 49 I am figuring it out!
