As a result of this type of behavior, many of the brightest minds of Uganda are leaving, or trying to leave, to go lend their talents and innovations to other nations where success is encouraged and celebrated. Where does it leave the people of Uganda when those in power are exploiting talent for their own benefit and actively holding people back from success?
