dae is a non-profit multi-location learning studio, developing next-generation tech professionals who are deeply grounded in their humanity. At our New Haven learning studio, our high school quantum program is funded by and .ct.
From 2022–2025, we built a workforce development program for high school students as a Career ConneCT grantee funded by with the CT Office of Workforce Strategy.
Through hands-on learning and exposure to real career pathways, students built technical skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and clarity about what to pursue next academically, professionally, and personally.
These voices are the result.

On December 2nd, the dae community will gather in Stamford to honor the students, mentors, and partners who make this work possible: the people who remind us that growth begins with courage, belonging, and purpose.
