Years ago I set on journey to lose as much weight as I could in a certain amount of time. I was able to lose 60 pounds In 3 months in a healthy way.

Today I am committing to losing 90 pounds in 6 months (that’s 15 pounds a month).

This requires focus, determination, a plan and the ability to maintain healthy eating habits.

I will be bringing you on my journey, lookout for plenty of pictures & videos (prepare to be sick of me 😁😁😁)
