As the summer season really starts to heat up, the risk of exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays increases too! July is UV Safety Month and this is a great reminder of the need for effective UV protection for both eyes and skin!
In addition to protecting your skin with sunscreen, always choose sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection from both UVA and UVB rays to help prevent eye conditions like cataracts and macular degeneration.
