A few highlights from our first few days here in Brazil…
The women’s team arrived with great attitudes, strong work ethic, and the kind of team camaraderie that makes these trips special.
In between team workouts, Betty and I gotten in our own movement with walks, workouts, and a little poolside training. Of course, I had to get in a pistol squat.

A huge thank you to Brazil for welcoming us and hosting us at their training center these first few days. We're grateful for the opportunity and excited for the competition ahead!

I filmed a few of these before heading out on my trip. Standing layout step outs have become a favorable skill these days…mostly because my love for back handsprings seems to decrease with age 😂 Since we all know how I feel about Arabians, it only made sense to put them together...and then stick two!

Adult Gymnastics Camp is always such a highlights for me. This community is so special, and every camp leaves me feeling inspired, grateful, and excited for what’s possible. From first skills to personal victories, the energy, support, and joy of this group is something truly unique.
