As the weather heats up, a glass of water can do more than quench thirstđź’§

For older adults and individuals living with Parkinson’s, staying hydrated can help support movement, focus, and daily comfort. Even mild dehydration can have a big impact on fatigue, dizziness, confusion, and mobility challenges.

Drink water consistently throughout the day and especially when exercising. Small sips add up!

Meet our lead Rock Steady Boxing coach and NASM certified personal trainer, Paige Van Dyne!

Paige started coaching at Neuro Path Wellness almost a year ago. She graduated from Xavier University in 2024 with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. Upon completion of her degree, she moved back home to Minnesota where she spent a year working in personal training and group fitness with older adults before moving to the Milwaukee area last July.

Things to know about Paige:

She loves participating in fitness of all kinds including running, walking, and weightlifting.
She loves dogs and can’t wait to have one of her own one day!
Her hobbies include working out, reading, and spending time with her family when they come to visit.
